I began making hair & skin care products for myself in the spring of 2007. It started when I decided to go “Natural” and discovered most products available in Delaware were geared towards individuals whose hair is chemically treated. By word of mouth and online research; I discovered various companies who offered hair products for people who are natural and biracial. This was thrilling for me in the beginning; however, this excitement did not last long. After being unsatisfied with online orders, I decided to do some in-depth research on the ingredients in the products I sought after.

 Based on the knowledge I obtained, I began to formulate hair care products from organically grown fruits, plants, and herbs. 

I realized the multi-functional use of the ingredients I used for my hair and began using the same things on my skin. Friends often inquired what I used on myself and family so I decided to create budget-friendly hair & skin care products.
